  • Evaluate and identify business impacts and values, along with milestone planning to

System Design

To come up with system design (product design & technical design) before actual development kickstart.

  • Consists of product design & technical design.
  • Product Design: Wireframe & UI/UX designs based on modules, define user stories & module features.
  • Technical Design: Database Design, API Design, Data Flow Diagram, Technical Sequential Diagram etc.
  • Align product design and process flow with client to officially kickstart development stage.
  • After alignment, client required to sign off System Requirement Proposal.

System Development

Kickstart software development on a sprint basis along with daily stand-up meetings & weekly progress update.

  • Kickstart development phase through planned sprint basis, allow progress in an iterative manner.
  • Scrum master facilitate daily standup meeting for progress update and work synchronization between programmers. 
  • Scrum master facilitate weekly standup meeting for progress update to relevant stakeholder. 
  • Once sprint ended, present potentially shippable product increment to relevant stakeholder.

System Validation

  • Client to conduct external UAT tests through customised test scripts as well. 
  • Compile report for test case results. (Pass/Fail). 
  • Bugs can be reported and insert as backlog in Kanban board. 
  • Reported bugs to be treated as a priority and fixed in ongoing sprint. 
  • Once internal & external UAT completed and passed, system is ready for release. 

System Deployment

Ensure overall functionality validated in different environment (Dev Environment, Staging Environment & Production Environment) before officially deploy built software into production.

  • Development Environment allows developer to deploy for internal team testing. 
  • Staging Environment allows clients to do testing without affecting the live application. 
  • Production Environment allows the end user to use the released features. 
  • Prepare release note and plan release date with clients. 
  • Buffer time required for mobile apps release in order to launch app into App Store and Google Play. 
  • Set up server monitoring to monitor real-time server performance and receive error notification. 

System Maintenance

  • Client sign off Service Level Agreement (SLA) for system maintenance services.
